Looking for a long-term relationship developer

A few months back, I ended my "so-called" relationship with a developer because he was not being honest of the work, and was always late, and wanted to do whatever he wanted. I'm looking for someone honest to help me with the maintenance part of my website as it grows. It needs more features and UX tweaks. Hourly rate or prices, please dm me for more deep on this. I'm open to discuss about the budget

Personal Training and Habit App

’m looking for a mobile app for my personal training business that can be used by both in-person and remote clients. I’m not trying to compete with the huge fitness apps or include every possible feature. I mainly want one organized place where clients can see what they need to do, track their progress, and stay in touch with me between sessions. Each client should have an account with a weekly workout plan assigned to them. During a workout, they should be able to view the exercises, watch a short demonstration, see the assigned sets and repetitions, and record the weight or time they completed. They should also be able to check off daily habits, upload progress photos, and record measurements so we can both see how things change over time. Previous results should remain available when I adjust a plan. Clients should be able to schedule sessions based on my availability, receive reminders, and message me when they have a question. Payments for monthly coaching plans should also be handled in the app, with clients able to view their current plan and payment history. From my side, I need an easy way to add clients, assign or update workouts, review recent activity, manage appointments, and see who may be falling behind. I’d prefer something that gives me the important information quickly instead of making me open several sections just to check on one person. The overall style should feel energetic and encouraging without the loud, aggressive look many fitness brands have. I want it to feel welcoming to beginners as well as people who already train regularly. I can provide the branding, workout material, videos, and written content. When responding, please explain what the client and trainer can already do and whether anything listed below is missing.

Residential Cleaning Booking Website

I’m looking for a polished, ready-to-launch website for a small residential cleaning company. The main goal is to let customers check services, get a clear price estimate, and book a cleaning without having to call or wait for a quote. It should be easy to use on mobile, since that’s where I expect most bookings to come from. Customers should be able to choose the size of their home, select a cleaning type, add optional extras, pick an available date and time, and see the full price before paying. I’d also like them to create an account where they can view appointments, reschedule within the allowed window, repeat a past booking, and download receipts. Guest checkout would be useful too, as long as the customer still receives an email confirmation. On the admin side, I need a straightforward way to manage bookings, pricing, service areas, availability, discount codes, and customer information. I don’t need a complicated system, but it should cover the day-to-day work without relying on spreadsheets. It would be helpful if bookings could be assigned to a cleaner and updated through simple statuses such as confirmed, on the way, in progress, and completed. The design should be clean and modern, but not overly corporate. I’m picturing something warm, local, and professional rather than a generic software-company look. I’m open to an existing project or template if the important flows already work and the branding can be changed without rebuilding everything. Clean code, basic documentation, and a simple setup are important because I’ll need to maintain the site after launch. Please mention what technology the project uses, what is already complete, and whether payment, email, and calendar integrations are working or still need configuration.
