Buyer Protection Policy

An overview of delivery standards, review periods, and dispute handling for buyers.

Order Structure

How purchases are defined and documented.

Every Mehor order is tied to the listing details and your order record. This creates a clear reference for what you’re buying, what the seller must deliver, and how review and resolution work if something doesn’t match.

  • Listing defines scope → included items, exclusions, delivery method, and support terms.
  • Order record documents → what was purchased, when it was delivered, and the review timeline.
  • Review happens before finalization → you can confirm the delivery matches the listing.
  • If something is missing or materially different, you can open a dispute from the order before accepting.

Delivery Standards

What sellers are expected to provide.

  • The delivery must match what the listing promises — including features, assets, and any “included / not included” terms.
  • Sellers must provide the project files in the stated format (repository access or a downloadable package), plus any required assets included in the listing.
  • Setup documentation is expected when relevant (installation steps, environment variables, prerequisites, and basic run instructions).
  • If the listing includes credentials or configuration guidance (for example: API setup instructions), it must be provided clearly and safely.
  • The support window covers reasonable questions and fixes related to the delivered scope — not new custom features unless the listing explicitly includes them.

Review & Acceptance

How buyers review and confirm delivery.

After delivery, review the project against the listing and confirm you received the required files and documentation. If everything matches the promised scope, accept delivery to finalize the order.

Accept delivery
Releases the order for final processing and payout to the seller.
Open a dispute
Pauses finalization while the issue is reviewed based on evidence from both sides.

Dispute Process

What happens if expectations are not met.

If the delivery is missing required items, does not match the listing, or was not delivered within the expected timeline, you can open a dispute from your order page. We review the order record and ask both sides for evidence such as messages, files, and delivery notes before determining an outcome.

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund (when some deliverables are accepted)
  • Finalize payout to the seller
  • Split outcome (rare, case-based)

Refund Outcomes

How resolutions are handled.

Refund decisions are based on the listing scope and what was delivered. Full refunds may apply when delivery is not provided or is materially incomplete. Partial refunds may apply when part of the scope is delivered and accepted.

Tip
Before purchasing, review the listing sections for “Included / Not included,” “Delivery method,” and “Support window.” These details are what disputes are measured against.

What Is Not Covered

Limits and exclusions.

  • Requests for new features or changes not included in the listing scope.
  • Business outcomes such as profitability, revenue, user growth, or market performance.
  • Problems caused by the buyer’s hosting, accounts, third-party services, or changes made after delivery.
  • Extensive customization, rebuilding, or long-term maintenance outside the listing’s stated support terms.

FAQ

What if the delivery doesn’t match the listing?
If the project materially differs from the listing, you can open a dispute during the review period. The order will be reviewed against the documented scope.
What should a delivery include?
Code (repo/ZIP) + setup docs + requirements + any promised assets like UI files or API keys instructions.
Can I message the seller before buying?
Yes. You can contact the seller to clarify scope or setup questions before placing an order, and keeping communication on Mehor ensures it’s documented.
Do sellers deploy for me?
Deployment is not included by default. Some sellers offer setup or deployment as paid add-ons—review the listing details before purchasing.
