How Mehor handles information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Mehor collects, why it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices users have when using the marketplace.

Last updated: June 2026Applies to: Buyers, sellers, and visitors

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Mehor collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit or use the marketplace.

Mehor supports marketplace activity for ready-to-launch digital products, services, buyer requests, custom offers, messages, orders, delivery, disputes, and support. Because of that, we process information needed to operate and protect those workflows.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, username, email address, password credentials in protected form, profile details, avatar, seller status, account settings, and account activity.

We may collect marketplace information such as listings, services, buyer requests, custom offers, saved projects, messages, order details, delivery status, dispute records, feedback, reports, support requests, uploaded content, and transaction-related records.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, cookies, session data, security logs, referral information, and usage data needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Mehor.

3. Payments and seller onboarding

Payments and seller onboarding may be handled through Stripe or other payment providers. When you make a payment, receive payouts, or onboard as a seller, the payment provider may collect and process payment, identity, tax, banking, compliance, and verification information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Mehor may receive limited payment-related information needed to operate the marketplace, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, order totals, fee information, refund status, chargeback or dispute status, seller onboarding status, payout eligibility, and limited billing details.

Mehor does not need to store full card numbers when payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, show listings and requests, enable messages, process orders, support custom offers, track delivery, provide private order pages, manage seller status, handle disputes, process refunds, provide support, and operate Mehor.

We also use information to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, detect abuse, investigate suspicious activity, protect buyers and sellers, respond to chargebacks, secure the platform, troubleshoot bugs, improve features, and maintain business records.

We may send service-related emails such as account notices, password reset emails, security alerts, order updates, delivery updates, message notifications, dispute updates, seller onboarding notices, receipts, and support responses.

5. Messages, orders, and disputes

Messages between users may be stored so buyers and sellers can communicate about listings, requests, services, custom offers, orders, delivery, support, and related marketplace activity.

Mehor may access, review, preserve, or use messages, order records, delivery evidence, uploaded files, timestamps, and platform activity when needed for support, dispute handling, fraud prevention, safety, payment review, chargeback response, legal compliance, or Terms enforcement.

Order activity and dispute records may be retained even after account deletion when needed to protect users, resolve issues, meet legal or business requirements, prevent abuse, or respond to payment disputes.

6. Files and uploaded content

Users may upload listing images, avatars, message images, ZIP files, project files, screenshots, delivery materials, proof materials, or other content as part of marketplace activity.

Uploaded content may be stored, processed, resized, transmitted, reviewed, restricted, or removed so Mehor can host listings, support messages, enable delivery, maintain private order pages, review disputes, protect the platform, and keep necessary records.

Uploaded files and images may be processed by service providers that help with cloud storage, image hosting, file delivery, hosting, security, email, database storage, payment processing, and customer support.

Do not upload private keys, passwords, API secrets, database credentials, production secrets, or content you are not allowed to share, sell, license, or deliver.

7. How we share information

We may share limited information between buyers and sellers when needed for listings, requests, messages, custom offers, orders, delivery, support, and dispute resolution.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Mehor, including payment processors, seller onboarding providers, hosting providers, cloud storage providers, database providers, email providers, security providers, analytics providers if used in the future, and customer support tools.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, payment provider requirements, chargeback response, platform safety, enforcement of our Terms, or protection of Mehor, users, service providers, or others.

We do not sell users’ personal information.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Mehor may use cookies, session tokens, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, operate checkout and order flows, measure performance, prevent abuse, and improve the platform.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of Mehor may not work properly if cookies or similar technologies are disabled.

9. Emails and communications

Mehor may send transactional or service emails needed to operate the marketplace, including account, security, password, order, delivery, message, dispute, refund, seller onboarding, receipt, and support emails.

If Mehor sends marketing emails in the future, we will do so where permitted by law and provide applicable opt-out options. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, you may still receive important transactional or service messages.

10. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Mehor, manage accounts, complete orders, support seller payouts, process refunds, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, respond to chargebacks, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, and operate the business.

Account deletion may remove or disable public/account access, but Mehor may retain order records, payment records, messages, files, dispute records, logs, and related data as long as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback, security, dispute, and legitimate business purposes.

11. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information through your account settings. You may also contact Mehor Support to ask about accessing, correcting, deleting, or receiving a copy of your personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

Some requests may be limited when information is needed for active orders, payment processing, seller payouts, tax or legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, chargeback response, security, or marketplace protection.

12. Security

Mehor uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No online platform can guarantee perfect security. Users should protect their own accounts by using strong passwords, keeping login information private, and avoiding the upload of secrets such as API keys, private keys, passwords, or production credentials.

13. Children and age limits

Mehor is not intended for children or minors. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the marketplace.

If we learn that a minor has created an account or submitted personal information, we may remove the account and related information subject to any records we need to retain for safety, legal, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.

14. International users

Mehor and its service providers may process information in locations different from where you live. By using Mehor, you understand that information may be transferred, stored, or processed where Mehor or its service providers operate.

Data protection laws may vary by location, but Mehor will handle information according to this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Mehor changes or as legal, operational, payment, security, or marketplace needs evolve.

If we make important changes, we may notify users through the platform, by email, or by updating the date on this page. Continued use of Mehor after an update means the updated policy applies.
