1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Mehor, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any policies or order rules that apply to your use of the marketplace. If you do not agree, you should not use Mehor.
These Terms apply to visitors, buyers, sellers, request posters, and users who communicate, list, buy, sell, deliver, or receive digital products, services, or custom offers through Mehor.
“Mehor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Mehor platform. “You” and “user” refer to anyone who accesses or uses the platform.
2. What Mehor is
Mehor is a marketplace for ready-to-launch websites, mobile apps, software assets, related services, buyer requests, and seller-created custom offers.
Mehor provides tools for browsing, listing, messaging, checkout, order tracking, file delivery, dispute review, and marketplace protection workflows. Mehor is not automatically the creator, owner, seller, buyer, employer, agent, partner, or representative of any user.
Sellers are independent users who are responsible for the products, services, offers, files, claims, timelines, rights, and support terms they provide. Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details and deciding whether a listing, service, request response, or custom offer fits their needs.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Mehor.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity was caused by Mehor failing to use reasonable security measures.
Users may not create multiple accounts to abuse the platform, bypass restrictions, manipulate orders, avoid fees, or evade enforcement. Mehor may allow multiple accounts only when there is a legitimate reason.
Mehor uses reasonable safeguards to protect the platform, but you are also responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Platform authority and enforcement
To protect the marketplace, Mehor may review, edit, reject, hide, remove, suspend, restrict, or delete listings, services, requests, offers, messages, files, accounts, or activity that violates these Terms or creates legal, payment, security, fraud, operational, or user-safety risk.
Mehor may cancel orders, pause activity, restrict accounts, preserve records, or take other reasonable action when we detect abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, payment risk, chargeback risk, policy violations, illegal content, or attempts to bypass the marketplace.
Mehor’s review of any content or transaction does not mean Mehor verifies, guarantees, endorses, or assumes responsibility for every listing claim, buyer request, seller statement, file, repository, demo, screenshot, feature, license, or order promise.
5. Seller listings and services
Sellers may post ready-to-launch digital products, related software assets, and services, provided that the listing is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Sellers are responsible for clearly describing what is included, what is not included, price, add-ons, delivery method, delivery timing, technology stack, support window, demo links, setup expectations, limitations, and any required third-party accounts or tools.
Sellers must own or have the rights, permissions, licenses, and authority needed to list, sell, license, transfer, or deliver the product, service, files, images, code, documentation, and related materials they provide through Mehor.
If a product uses open-source packages, templates, starter kits, paid assets, fonts, APIs, third-party tools, libraries, or other components the seller does not fully own, the seller is responsible for making sure the use is allowed and for disclosing important restrictions, exclusions, or separate buyer obligations.
6. Buyer requests
Buyers may post requests describing what they need, such as a website, app, software asset, service, or custom project. Requests must be accurate, lawful, respectful, and clear enough for sellers to understand the desired scope.
A buyer request is not a binding purchase. It becomes an order only if a seller creates an offer or listing-based transaction and the buyer accepts and pays through Mehor.
Mehor does not guarantee that any request will receive responses, offers, or suitable seller interest. Mehor may remove requests that are vague, abusive, misleading, spammy, illegal, or outside platform rules.
7. Custom offers
Sellers may create custom offers through Mehor messages or other approved platform tools. Buyers may accept or reject a custom offer, but a custom offer is not binding until it is accepted and paid through Mehor.
A custom offer should clearly state the title, scope, price, delivery time, included work, excluded work, support terms, files, repository access, add-ons, revisions, and any important limitations.
Once accepted and paid, the written custom offer and order details control the transaction. Promises, assumptions, or side conversations that are not included in the accepted offer or order details may not be enforceable through Mehor.
Custom offers are subject to these Terms, the Refund Policy, the dispute process, and the same marketplace protection rules that apply to other Mehor orders unless the offer clearly states different permitted terms.
8. Orders, delivery, and review
Sellers are responsible for delivering according to the listing, service, custom offer, order details, and any agreed add-ons. Delivery may include ZIP files, repository access, setup notes, documentation, add-ons, or other items described in the order.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing delivered materials, confirming access, checking included items, and raising issues through the order page or dispute process while the order is still active.
If a seller fails to deliver within the applicable order timeline, Mehor may cancel the order or take other action under the Refund Policy and marketplace protection workflows. If a buyer does not respond during an applicable review period, the order may be completed according to the platform workflow.
Post-delivery support is included only when it is clearly stated in the listing, service, or custom offer. Support is limited to the scope, time period, and terms shown in the accepted order.
9. Payments, fees, and Stripe
Payments on Mehor are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By making or receiving payments, you may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms, verification requirements, processing rules, payout timing, and compliance requirements.
Mehor may charge fees shown during the transaction process, including a service fee and a platform fee.
Mehor uses whole-dollar amounts for listings, requests, add-ons, custom offers, fees, payouts, refunds, and other marketplace amounts. Decimal amounts may be rounded to the nearest whole dollar, with amounts above 50 cents rounded up and amounts of 50 cents or less rounded down.
Stripe or other payment processing fees are not charged as a separate Mehor fee to buyers or sellers. Mehor absorbs those payment processing fees from platform revenue unless a different requirement is shown at checkout, required by law, or required by the payment provider.
Seller payouts may be delayed until an order is completed, approved, finalized, or otherwise eligible for payout. Mehor may hold, delay, reverse, or prevent payouts when needed for disputes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, compliance, or payment provider requirements.
10. Refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks
Refunds, cancellations, partial refunds, completed orders, and dispute outcomes are handled under the Refund Policy and the applicable order workflow.
Each order has one dispute process. The buyer may open or reopen that dispute while the order is active and not finalized. Once the order is completed, canceled, fully refunded, or partially refunded, the order is finalized and the dispute process closes.
Mehor may review order details, listing details, custom offers, messages, delivery evidence, uploaded files, repository access, timestamps, payment status, dispute notes, and platform records to make dispute decisions in its sole reasonable discretion.
Users should use Mehor’s dispute process first when an issue can be handled through the platform. Mehor may respond to chargebacks or payment disputes using platform evidence and may restrict users who file abusive, false, duplicate, or bad-faith chargebacks.
11. Outside-platform deals
Users may not use Mehor to find, contact, or negotiate with another user and then move the transaction outside Mehor to avoid fees, payment protection, dispute rules, or platform workflows.
Deals, payments, files, promises, support, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes handled outside Mehor are not covered by Mehor protection. Mehor is not responsible for losses, scams, failed delivery, payment issues, or disagreements connected to outside-platform transactions.
12. Intellectual property and ownership
Mehor owns or controls the platform, brand, design, interface, website content, marketplace structure, and related materials. Users may not copy, misuse, scrape, clone, or commercially exploit Mehor’s platform materials without permission.
Sellers retain rights in their own listings, files, products, services, and materials until rights are sold, licensed, or transferred under an order. By uploading content to Mehor, sellers grant Mehor a license to host, store, process, resize, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and support the marketplace.
For ready-to-launch products and custom work, buyer rights transfer only after successful payment and order completion/finalization. The buyer receives rights to the seller-owned parts of the purchased asset, subject to third-party licenses, open-source licenses, paid assets, APIs, tools, and restrictions that are disclosed or otherwise apply.
Buyers may use, modify, launch, and commercially use the purchased seller-owned work, but they remain responsible for lawful use, third-party licenses, compliance, hosting, security, maintenance, and deciding whether the asset fits their business, legal, and technical needs.
13. Uploaded files and content
Users may upload listing images, avatars, message images, ZIP files, delivery files, screenshots, proof materials, or other content needed for marketplace activity.
You may not upload malware, viruses, spyware, credential theft tools, stolen code, illegal content, infringing content, adult or explicit material, hate or harassment content, phishing materials, credential dumps, private keys, API secrets, passwords, production secrets, or anything that creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk.
Delivery files are intended to be accessible only through the private order page between the order parties. Users are responsible for not sharing delivery links, files, repository access, or private materials outside the order unless they have the right to do so.
14. Prohibited activity
You may not use Mehor for fraud, scams, stolen work, misleading listings, fake requests, fake reviews, harassment, spam, fee avoidance, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, scraping abuse, platform interference, impersonation, or any illegal activity.
You may not list, request, sell, deliver, or promote products or services involving malware, phishing, hacking abuse, credential theft, spam tools, illegal marketplaces, financial scams, controlled substances, weapons, gambling, adult content, or other categories Mehor determines create unacceptable risk.
Mehor may restrict or remove content and accounts when activity appears to violate these Terms, harm users, create risk for payment processing, or expose Mehor to legal, security, or operational problems.
15. Taxes and seller obligations
Sellers are responsible for their own income, business, reporting, tax, and compliance obligations connected to money earned through Mehor.
Mehor does not currently add or collect separate sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar transaction taxes unless such taxes are displayed at checkout or required by applicable law.
Sellers may be required to provide tax, identity, payout, banking, business, or verification information through Stripe or another payment provider for onboarding, compliance, payouts, refunds, disputes, or reporting.
16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Mehor is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehor disclaims warranties about uninterrupted service, error-free access, seller or buyer performance, listing accuracy, delivery outcome, business results, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or whether any product will meet a user’s exact needs.
Mehor is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business interruption, reputational, or opportunity-loss damages connected to platform use, listings, orders, files, services, custom offers, or user conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehor’s total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or the fees paid to Mehor for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mehor harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, listings, requests, services, custom offers, files, delivery materials, tax obligations, payment issues, disputes, intellectual property violations, legal violations, misuse of the platform, or breach of these Terms.
18. Account deletion, suspension, and records
Mehor may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, creates marketplace risk, abuses disputes, attempts to bypass payments, uploads harmful content, or engages in fraud, spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.
Account deletion may remove or disable public/account access, but Mehor may retain order records, payment records, messages, files, dispute records, logs, and related data as long as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback, security, dispute, and legitimate business purposes.
19. Changes, informal resolution, and contact
Mehor may update these Terms as the platform, marketplace workflows, payment providers, features, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Mehor after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
Before bringing a formal claim, users agree to contact Mehor and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled under the laws and courts applicable to the operator of the Mehor platform.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact Mehor Support at support@mehor.com.
