Mehor Terms of Service

Welcome to Mehor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mehor platform, including our website, services, and marketplace (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using Mehor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Clear marketplace rules
Know what’s allowed, what’s not, and how issues are handled.
IP & ownership protection
Sellers must have rights to sell; buyers receive what’s promised.
Enforcement & disputes
We can act on violations and support dispute resolution.

1. Overview of Mehor

Mehor is a digital marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of software, applications, websites, and related digital assets.

Mehor provides the platform, payment flow, and dispute system but does not create, own, or control the products listed by sellers. Transactions occur between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mehor.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are using the Platform on your own behalf or are authorized to act for a business.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your account secure.
  • Not share or transfer your account.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Mehor may require identity, payment, or business verification at any time.

4. Role of Mehor

Mehor acts solely as a marketplace platform.

Mehor:

  • Does not guarantee the quality, functionality, legality, or safety of any listing
  • Does not verify all seller claims, code, or assets
  • Is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers

Mehor reserves the right to:

  • Review, moderate, or remove listings
  • Delay or withhold payouts
  • Investigate disputes and user activity
  • Enforce platform rules at its sole discretion

5. Listings and Seller Obligations

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings.

Sellers must ensure that listings:

  • Accurately describe what is included and excluded
  • Clearly define deliverables and transfer method
  • Specify support terms, if any
  • Disclose third-party dependencies or requirements
  • Do not mislead or misrepresent functionality

Sellers represent that they:

  • Have the rights to sell or license the product
  • Are not infringing on any third-party rights
  • Are not distributing malicious or harmful code

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing listing details before purchase
  • Ensuring the product meets their needs
  • Using delivered products in accordance with granted rights

Buyers may not:

  • Abuse the dispute system
  • Attempt chargebacks in bad faith
  • Misuse seller-provided access or assets
  • Bypass the platform to avoid fees or protections

7. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

By using Mehor, you agree that:

  • Mehor may charge service fees
  • Fees are deducted before seller payout
  • Fees are non-refundable

Mehor reserves the right to:

  • Hold, delay, or reverse funds in cases of disputes, fraud, or policy violations
  • Offset amounts owed against future payouts
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, or payment provider requirements

8. Delivery of Digital Products

Sellers must deliver products in the format and method described in the listing.

Delivery is considered initiated when the seller submits the required materials or access through the Platform.

Buyers are provided a limited review period to:

  • Accept the delivery
  • Request clarification
  • Open a dispute

Failure to take action within the review period may result in the order being completed.

9. Disputes and Resolution

Buyers may open a dispute if:

  • The product is not delivered
  • The product does not substantially match the listing

All disputes must be submitted within the applicable timeframe defined by Mehor policies.

Mehor may:

  • Review evidence from both parties
  • Request additional documentation
  • Issue full or partial refunds
  • Release or withhold funds

All decisions made by Mehor are final to the extent permitted by law.

10. Policies and Additional Terms

Users agree to comply with all Mehor policies, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer Protection
  • Seller Protection

These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are binding.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Mehor to:

  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Distribute illegal, stolen, or infringing content
  • Upload malicious code, backdoors, or harmful software
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Circumvent platform systems, fees, or safeguards

12. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform.

The rights transferred to buyers are defined by the seller’s listing or separate agreement.

Mehor does not guarantee the scope, validity, or enforceability of any license or transfer.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Mehor may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

Upon suspension or termination:

  • Access to the Platform may be restricted
  • Listings may be removed
  • Funds may be held pending investigation

Users remain responsible for obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Mehor makes no warranties regarding:

  • Product quality or performance
  • Accuracy of listings
  • Availability or uptime of the Platform
  • Security or error-free operation

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehor is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business

Mehor’s total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to Mehor in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

Mehor may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
